High-performance felt systems comprise multi-layer bituminous membranes and can be used for both refurbishment and new builds as a cold roof (non-insulated) or as a warm roof (insulated). Due to the versatility of the products, we tailor each system to suit individual requirements for performance and value with choices in color finish.

Liquid coating systems can be used for both refurbishment and new builds, either as a cold (non-insulated) or warm (insulated) option. In areas where there is heavy foot traffic, hard-wearing balcony finishes are available. Liquid coatings are ideal for awkward access and fire-risk areas.

Single-ply can be used for refurbishment but is better suited to larger new build projects where there is minimal foot traffic. Both cold (non-insulated) and warm (insulated) options are available.

EPDM membrane systems can be used for both refurbishment and new builds as cold (non-insulated) or warm (insulated) options. It is installed using only adhesive and involves no hot work.

Green roofing systems range from extensive sedum blankets to intensive plug planting options. These offer benefits to the environment and extend the life expectancy of the waterproofing membrane.
